The rules for using this site.
Last updated: May 19, 2026
1. Who these terms apply to
These terms govern your use of the WannaWare website and any AI features available on it (the “Service”), operated by [Legal Entity Name]. Custom consulting, automation builds, and software engagements are governed by a separate signed agreement and take precedence over these terms.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Submit content that is unlawful, abusive, or infringes someone else’s rights.
- Attempt to bypass authentication, gating, or watermarking on the site.
- Scrape, redistribute, or republish proposal content (PDFs or AI-generated answers) without explicit written permission.
- Use the AI chatbot or Q&A features to extract proprietary information beyond what is displayed on the site.
- Interfere with site availability (e.g., load attacks, automated abuse).
3. Content & intellectual property
Everything on this site — copy, code, visual design, proposals, and AI-generated abstracts — is owned by WannaWare or licensed to us. You may share links to public pages. You may not copy or redistribute substantive content without written permission. Where content is shared with you (e.g., a gated proposal), the access is personal and non-transferable.
4. AI-generated content
Our chatbot and per-proposal Q&A features use large language models. Outputs are generated from the public site context (and, in some cases, the contents of a specific proposal). We make a good-faith effort to keep these answers accurate and grounded, but model output can be incorrect or out of date. Treat AI replies as a starting point, and confirm anything important with a human at WannaWare before relying on it.
5. Gated proposals & access tokens
Some proposals require you to submit basic contact information before viewing. The resulting access token is short-lived (≈15 minutes) and intended for personal use only. Sharing or attempting to reuse access tokens beyond their intended scope may result in access being revoked.
6. No warranty
The Service is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. Use it at your own discretion.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WannaWare’s aggregate liability arising out of or relating to your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the six (6) months preceding the claim, or US $100, whichever is greater.
8. Changes
We may update these terms periodically. Material changes will be reflected by an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Contact
