We keep this short — and honest.

What we collect
We collect two types of information:
- What you give us: contact details (name, email, optional company / phone) when you submit a form, request a proposal, or use the AI chatbot.
- What your browser tells us: first-party usage signals — page views, button clicks, project/proposal opens, chatbot sessions — used to improve the site. We do not use third-party ad networks, retargeting pixels, or social-media trackers.
Why we use it
- To respond to inquiries you submit.
- To deliver content you request (e.g., gated proposals).
- To improve the site, understand which pages are useful, and fix problems.
- To send transactional or follow-up emails directly related to your request.
AI features
Our chatbot and per-proposal Q&A features send your question (plus a small bundle of public site context) to a large-language-model provider through the Emergent integration platform. We do not pass personally identifiable information to the model unless you include it in your question. Chatbot transcripts may be retained in our own database to help us improve answers.
Your choices
- Cookies / analytics: decline first-party analytics in the cookie banner or from the footer link. Functional cookies (e.g., admin login) still work.
- Access, correction, deletion: email privacy@wannaware.com and we'll respond within a reasonable time frame.
- Marketing email: we do not run a marketing list as of May 19, 2026. If we ever add one, opt-out will be one click.
How long we keep it
Lead and inquiry records are retained until you ask us to delete them, or until the business relationship is no longer active. Analytics events are kept in aggregate; you can ask us to delete the events tied to your session id.
Security
We follow industry-standard practices: encrypted transport (HTTPS), least-privilege access for admin tooling, and short-lived tokens for gated content. No system is perfectly secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
This site is intended for businesses and adult professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced via an updated "Last updated" date and (where appropriate) a notice on the site.
